Welcome to TimeLine, operated by Time-Line App LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use TimeLine.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using TimeLine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may modify the Terms at any time, and your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. About Us
TimeLine is operated by Time-Line App LLC. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms mean Time-Line App LLC.
3. Accounts and Safety
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity using your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use TimeLine. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.
4. Public Content and Ownership
All Moments you post are public by default and may be visible to other users. You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant TimeLine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, distribute, and otherwise use your content to provide the service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post illegal, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content. Do not attack, impersonate, harass, threaten, or spam other users. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, hack, or otherwise disrupt the app or our systems.
6. Content Moderation and Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We may suspend or delete accounts for misconduct, at our discretion, without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
TimeLine and its original content (excluding user-generated Moments) are the property of Time-Line App LLC. Our trademarks, logos, design, and app content may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Feedback
If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide license to use that feedback without compensation.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time. Termination does not limit our rights to enforce the Terms or protect our service.
10. Disclaimers
TimeLine is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time-Line App LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Time-Line App LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of TimeLine, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes when appropriate. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
