Time-Line (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Time-Line App LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights when you use the Time-Line mobile application (“App”).

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, post Moments, send messages, comment, or contact support. This may include your name, email, username, date of birth, profile content, photos, videos, reactions, and other content you submit. We also collect usage data, device identifiers, location data, analytics, crash reports, and push notification tokens to operate and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the app, authenticate accounts, display your content, personalize your experience, deliver notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We may also use data to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us operate the app, including hosting, analytics, notifications, and customer support providers. Time-Line uses third-party services such as Supabase, Expo, Apple, Google, and analytics providers. These parties may access your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

We retain your account data and content while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes.
6. Your Rights and Choices

Time-Line is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

Your information may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries where we and our service providers operate. By using the app, you consent to the transfer of your information across borders as permitted by law.
